Every piece we sell is inspected and authenticated by Head2Soles before it is listed. This commitment applies to both our own inventory and the pieces we accept on consignment.

Luxury resale is built on trust. Our experience in resale began in 2018, and authenticity is central to how we select pieces for Head2Soles.

We take responsibility for our authentication assessments and welcome questions about the pieces we offer.

Before You Buy

We want you to feel informed about your purchase. Review each listing’s photographs, description, measurements, and condition notes.

If you would like more information about a piece or its authentication, email shop.head2soles@gmail.com before purchasing. Let us know which item you are considering and what you would like to understand.

Authenticity Concerns

If you have an authenticity concern about a purchase from Head2Soles, please contact shop.head2soles@gmail.com with:

- Your order number.

- The item’s name or description.

- A description of your concern.

- Relevant photographs or any authentication findings you already have.

We will review the information, investigate the concern, and communicate the next steps. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Authenticity concerns are handled separately from ordinary exchange requests. Our final-sale policy and 7-business-day exchange request window do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law for counterfeit or misrepresented merchandise.

Head2Soles is an independent luxury reseller. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands whose products we sell.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the pieces offered.
